Flow explores the quiet balance that exists beneath the surface of everyday life. Soft movement, layered textures and a gentle current of colour invite the eye to slow down and follow its path through the painting.

I created this piece while reflecting on how, even in the midst of complexity and constant movement, there is something that continues to carry us forward. Like water finding its course, Flow is a reminder to trust that deeper current and the sense of connection it brings.
